DA approved, for a holiday home on NSW central coast. With the amalgamation of two lots this costal home provides direct access to Brisbane water. The home is broken up into pavilion spaces that creates a retreat for both Parents and children. The living and bedroom spaces are separated by and internal courtyard which parallels the long Hallway and guest quarters breaking up the long narrow site.

UPDATE:
Progress on our Dover Heights site is moving ahead quickly , formwork and steel ready to to go on the first floor.
Within and Existing industrial context we address the timeless typology of the sawtooth warehouse. Re thinking Sky lighting and capturing natural light without
opening up to main roads and providing privacy and cancelling out noise pollution for learning spaces.
Set on the Central Eastern Coast of NSW this new home amalgamates two long narrow parcels of land for a large home with ocean access and views. Applying the brief, we created 3 distinct sections of the property that are link through a transparent hallway forming an internal courtyard protected from the strong southerly breezes.
New Home in Bronte plays with staggered geometries and durable material to cope with site conditions. Featuring a 3d cement screen in collaboration with a sculptural artist (details to be confirmed), this will be a predominant feature to the home servicing practicality and formal qualities in the project. Furthermore part of the house will be a mix between sculpture and screening system.
